The house, surrounded by a 2000 sq. meters garden and a 45 meters long lake shore with a private pier, is recognized as one of the most beautiful houses in Bariloche. Its 300 sq. meters are distributed into cozy rooms, all of which offer a panoramic lake view.

The master bedroom with a bathroom and two comfortable rooms with a second full bathroom are located in the top floor. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen and breakfast area, grill room with all amenities, and a gallery with a view to the Nahuel Huapi Lake, together with a sitting room with a convertible sofa and a bathroom. In the service area we count with maid’s quarters and laundry.

The house accommodates up to 9 guests and it has central heating, bed linen, cable TV, DVD, WI-FI, dishwasher, washing machine, a 6-burner cooker, double oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven and everything you need for a pleasant stay. We offer maid service and parking for three vehicles.
